After losing our own pup due to the high cost of U.S. veterinary care, we discovered the incredible clinics just across the border in Tijuana. What types of procedures can my pet travel for?
PWe primarily assist with dental cleanings, spay/neuter, tumor removals, and other non-emergency procedures. If you’re unsure if your pet’s case qualifies, just contact us and we’ll help assess!
Is it safe for my pet to travel to Tijuana?
Yes — your pet’s safety is our top priority. We only partner with licensed, highly-rated veterinary clinics in Tijuana and follow strict USDA and SENASICA protocols. All transport is done in climate-controlled vehicles with comfort breaks and wellness checks
Do I need to be present at the clinic or during the trip?
Not at all! Our concierge packages are designed so you don’t have to lift a finger. We offer door-to-door pickup and delivery, and a Vet Tech or Pet Escort can accompany your pet every step of the way.
What are the travel requirements for crossing the border?
We primarily assist with dental cleanings, spay/neuter, tumor removals, and other non-emergency procedures. If you’re unsure if your pet’s case qualifies, just contact us and we’ll help assess!
How long will my pet be away?
Most trips last 1 to 3 days, depending on the procedure and recovery time. For dental cleanings, pets often return the same or next day. Longer stays include comfortable, monitored boarding.
How much money can I expect to save using this service?
On average, our clients save 40–70% compared to U.S. veterinary prices. A dental procedure quoted at $2,000 in California may cost just $400–$700 in Mexico — including travel.
Will I get updates during the trip?
Absolutely! We provide text and photo updates throughout your pet’s journey. Our Luxury Concierge Package also includes real-time GPS tracking and post-procedure wellness monitoring.
Can I book travel for multiple pets?
Yes! We offer shared transport for multiple pets from the same household. VIP packages are also available for solo travel with more hands-on care.

Every pet is unique, and so are their needs. That’s why we offer customizable packages designed around your pet’s procedure, comfort level, and care requirements.
Our Basic Package typically includes transport, dental cleaning, labs, and X-rays — but we recommend scheduling a quick consultation to build the best plan for your pet.
